The three stages
- Rough clean — debris removal, sweeping and the first pass, run while the trades are still finishing so the site stays workable.
- Secondary clean — surfaces, fixtures, interior glass and washrooms, once the last of the dust has settled out of the air.
- Final turnover clean — the detail pass: frames, tracks, vents, light fixtures, floor finish and glass, to the standard the space will be handed over at.
