How the work is scoped
Every property is quoted after an on-site walkthrough. Surface type, access, water supply and drainage all change the method — a precast façade and a concrete loading dock are not cleaned the same way, and using the wrong pressure on the wrong surface does damage that costs more than the clean.
Work is scheduled after hours or at weekends wherever the area is in use during the day.
